Fees included in ticket price:

Nice: € 1.80 fee for using port facilities (ICC and Customs) 10% VAT and 7% environmental tax on single fares: Saint Marguerite only.

Cannes: € 1.69 fee for using port facilities (ICC and Customs) 10% VAT and 7% environmental tax on single fares: Saint Marguerite only.

All lost or stolen tickets will not be reimbursed nor exchanged.
The tickets are valid for a roundtrip cruise in the same day.
The tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable.

The company Trans Côte d’Azur uses CRISTAL POWER clean diesel. The first marine diesel fuel without sulphur. “We love the sea, we protect it together…”

The ferry line reserves the right, without notice, to cancel an excursion or to modify its timetables (weather conditions, technical problem, insufficient inflow).
Weather conditions are likely to worsen during the course of the day.
The ferry line can also decide to organise the return journey (part or all) by road (e.g. coach). No reimbursement request (or renewal of ticket) will be granted.
